Todo lo bueno de hotel se vio empañado por la irresponsabilidad al no responder nunca al teléfono de emergencia durante el horario en que no hay conserjería. Quede afuera de mi habitación y nunca nadie respondió. No pude dormir en mi habitación, no pude acceder a mi equipaje ni a mi pasaporte, tuve que recurrir a la solidaridad de una amiga para no dormir en la calle.

This has been by far the best single room I have stayed in anywhere . Spacious , not at the end of a corridor or like a store cupboard. A larger pack of tissues or the small pack being replaced would be ideal . . Loved the timings of breakfast and check out

We enjoyed our stay at Hitel La Florida. It was our first visit to Sevilla and the hôtel is ideally located. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We seriously think of staying again at the Hotel La Florida on our next visit to Sevilla. One suggestion : I normally went outside the hotel to smoke my morning and evening cigarette and I always brought with me a cup of coffee and my pocket ashtray. It would be pleasant for smokers to have two or three chairs and an ashtray in the space outside, within the grates.

Hotel bellissimo, si trova al centro di Siviglia praticamente di fronte a Barrio Santa Cruz ed è possibile visitare tutti i luoghi di interesse a piedi. Vicinissimo anche alla fermata bus per aeroporto, servizio ottimo ed efficiente e a sei minuti a piedi dal locale " La carboneria". Colazione buona a buffet dolce e salato, camere grandi, letto comodissimo, arredi nuovi e pulizia 10. Personale gentile e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Todo en el hotel estuvo muy bien: muy cómodo, tranquilo, bien localizado, muy limpio, instalaciones nuevas, cómodas y bonitas. Me gustó MUCHO la política de sostenibilidad de cambiar las toallas cada tres días y usar productos (jabones, etc.) de calidad y en dispensadores, y envoltorios de papel (y no de plástico). El servicio del personal fue genial también y agradezco mucho que pudiera dejar mis maletas el domingo en su consigna. Lo único que creo que podría mejorar es el desayuno: eché de menos más variedad (tomate triturado, por ejemplo, o más pan artesano, y yogures naturales, no solo con sabor y azucarados).

En la habitación 1, la lámpara de la mesilla izquierda no funcionaba bien. También hubiese estado bien un poco de flexibilidad a la hora de adelantar unos minutos el desayuno cuando había varios huéspedes que corríamos la media maratón.

Si necesitas almohada más alta como me paso a mi,pídela q las tienen. A poder ser q no te toque habitación planta de recepción,mucho ruido del comedor desde las 8 de la mañana,y ruido de huéspedes a todas horas,mejor planta alta. Así y todo muy recomendable para quedarse,cerca de todo pero por favor otra persona con mejor cara y educación q el chico del desayuno.No se Dan cuenta q gracias a los q estamos de turismo tiene él trabajo...si no igual estaba al paro...así q no nos echen chispas !Por favor!.que chico más desaborio...

Tuve que pedir otra almohada,las q estaban son planas y no hay ni un cojin para ponerlo con ella de ayuda. Nos tocó habitación 2 planta de recepcion y mucho ruido de la sala del desayuno y de la gente que llega.pedir planta alta.Asi y todo volvería alojarme en el,mejor con otras personas con mejor cara a la hora del desayuno.
